The Discovery Series of History Talks

Between January and June 2026 we will be holding our talks in Paisley St George’s Church on Causeyside Street on the last Tuesday of the month at 7pm except January when it will be on the last Monday.

The Urban Historian is a Heritage consultant and Educator

located in the town of Paisley in Renfrewshire, Scotland.

Through guided walks, with a focus on local history and architecture, public lectures exploring the area’s past and informal gatherings discussing historical topics at History Cafes; the Urban Historian aims to sustain engagement with and expand knowledge of Paisley and Renfrewshire’s abundant cultural legacy.
